The Alternative Honeymoon

If you would like to offer the honeymoon voucher scheme to your family and friends on your wedding list, we can provide these. The scheme works as follows:-

• When you are ready to send out your wedding invitations, contact us and we will provide contribution slips for you to put in the envelopes telling your guests how they can buy vouchers.
• Guests can buy vouchers up to any amount in multiples of £5.
• They can pay by cheque or debit card but if they want to pay by credit card we will have to charge them 2% (we will indicate this on the card).
• Your guests will contact us and we will provide them with vouchers to send to you and we will deduct the amount they have paid from your final holiday balance.
• You can contact us at any time to see how much has been contributed towards your honeymoon.
• Guests will be able to buy vouchers up to the day prior to your departure date.
• If any of your guests buy vouchers after you have paid your final balance (due eight weeks before departure), we will send you a cheque for the amount paid by guests with your documents in the week after you have departed on your honeymoon.
• We will also send you a list of all of the guests who have bought vouchers and the amount that has been contributed towards your honeymoon.
